In most cases, you'll need a health permit for the county and a business license for the city in which the event takes place.
Please list any substantial (over $50 in value) equipment you will need in order to execute this event. If you include items not already owned by TWC, please specify by writing "buy" or "rent" in parentheses next to the item.
For larger events, you may be asked to follow up with a Pro Forma (template available in Google Drive).
Please set a minimum of 3 goals that are each Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based. For example: "Serve 40 burgers in 30 minutes;" "Collect contact info for 20 potential business leads;" or "Maintain COGS under 24%."
